Olivia Kellner

Climatologist, Illinois State Water Survey
Olivia Kellner is a climatologist with the Illinois State Water Survey. She obtained her B.S. in Operational Meteorology from Ball State University in 2008, her M.S. in Atmospheric Sciences from Purdue University in 2011, and her Ph.D in Atmospheric Sciences from Purdue in 2015. Research interests include applied climate, mesoscale meteorology, and weather and climate applications to agriculture.

Yoon Kim

Director of Advisory Services, Four Twenty Seven
Dr. Yoon Kim is an adaptation expert with ten years of experience supporting the integration of climate change into planning and decision-making in the U.S and in developing countries. She currently works with local and state governments to identify climate change risks and adaptation options that effectively address these risks.

Deputy Director, Center for Weather and Climate, NOAA’s National Centers for Environmental Information
