Forests help sustain the Great Lakes region ecologically, economically, and culturally. This panel will showcase some of the ways that forest managers are being proactive and helping forests adapt to changing conditions. The Northern Institute of Applied Climate Science and the USDA Northern Forests Climate Hub are bringing together presenters from across the Great Lakes region, representing a variety of ownerships and forest types. These presenters will each share information about real-world adaptation projects.
